At The Village we’ll always help you select the best vehicle given your needs. But it’s what we promise beyond the sale which will help you become a long-term customer. As part of the Village Family Plan, we offer:
- One Account Coordinator for all of your needs: Margaret Moulaison. Anyone can call Margaret to purchase a vehicle, expedite service appointments, help get a key replaced, get a loaner car, etc… Margaret can handle all requests for all locations.
- The best VALUE when you purchase a new or used vehicle. We’ll help select the vehicle that best fits your needs, and give you invoice pricing + all incentives and rebates. This applies to almost all of our vehicles, except for a few minor exceptions (e.g., a Nissan GT-R or a Cadillac CTS-V).
- One FREE detailing per year, to make your car look as good as new (best used after winter ends!).
- A FREE Tire & Wheel Protection Package (pothole protection for our less-than-perfect roads).
- Priority service scheduling and free loaner cars if needed.
- 10% Parts & Accessories discount.
- Used car buying service. Looking for a specific used car? If it’s available, we’ll find it for you.
- Your first 3 Oil Changes are on us.
